ROLLER Integration Partner

Already on ROLLER? Add the band.

Intelliplay is the smart wristband layer for venues that run ROLLER. Keep ROLLER as your point of sale, ticketing and booking system, and let one reusable band handle session timing, gamification, rewards and safety alerts on the floor.

ROLLER RFID wristband integration: what’s all the hype?

Assign an Intelliband to a ROLLER booking at check-in and the session starts itself, sized to the product the guest bought. From there the band times the visit, scores the play and watches the doors, and every text-to-extend rebuy is logged back against the original booking. Nothing about how you sell changes.

Faster check-in, cleaner sessions

The slowest part of a Saturday is the front desk. With the integration live, a staff member scans the ROLLER booking, taps a band to it, and the guest is gone. No reading a time off a screen, no writing on paper, no arguing later about when the hour actually started.

Once the band is on, status shows by color and the operator dashboard lists who is active, who is expiring and who is out of time. Operators report a 99% reduction in overstays.

Rebuys that land back in your ROLLER reporting

Extensions are the revenue most venues never see, because asking a guest to walk back to the desk is a good way to lose them. Intelliplay texts the guest before their time runs out and they extend from their phone.

The extension is captured and written back against the original ROLLER booking, so your reporting stays whole and you are not reconciling two systems on Monday morning.

How it works

1Guest books in ROLLER

Online, at the gate or over the phone. Nothing changes about how you sell, and ROLLER stays the system of record for the booking and the payment.

2Band is assigned at check-in

One tap links an Intelliband to the ROLLER booking. The session clock starts itself, sized to the product the guest actually bought.

3The band runs the visit

Status shows on the band by color, guests score points across your attractions, and staff see who is active, expiring or out of time without walking the floor with a clipboard.

4Rebuys land back in ROLLER

When time runs low the guest gets a text and extends from their phone. The extension is captured and logged back against the original booking, so your ROLLER reporting stays whole.

What the band adds on top of ROLLER

None of this replaces anything you already run. It is the layer between your booking system and your floor.

Session timing

Bands show status by color and the dashboard lists expiring guests. No PA announcements, no paper band chart.

Gamification and leaderboards

Points and achievements across your attractions, live leaderboards, and private boards for birthday parties.

Real-time tracking

A live floor plan showing where guests are and which attractions are filling up.

Exit alerts and band removal detection

If a guest walks out still wearing a band, sirens fire, the dashboard alerts and the booking holder gets a text.

Tap to play with Intercard

The same band replaces the plastic game card at arcade and redemption, with balances that persist between visits.

Attraction-level analytics

Zone usage, dwell time and demographics, so you can see which attractions earn their floor space.

Questions from ROLLER operators

Does Intelliplay replace ROLLER?

No, and it is not built to. ROLLER stays your point of sale, ticketing and booking system. Intelliplay is the wristband layer that sits on top of it: session timing, real-time tracking, gamification, rewards and safety alerts. POS and ticketing integration is included in every Intelliplay tier.

What does the integration actually do?

Two things that matter on a busy Saturday. Check-in gets faster, because assigning a band to a ROLLER booking starts the correct session automatically instead of a staff member reading a time off a screen. And revenue stops leaking, because every text-to-extend rebuy is logged back against the booking rather than being handled off-system.

Do we have to change how we sell our products?

No. Your ROLLER product catalog, pricing and packages stay exactly as they are. Intelliplay reads the session length from what the guest bought.

How long does it take to go live?

The integration itself is configuration, not development. The timeline is driven by the hardware install: readers, locators, leaderboards and the network go into a running building, and we schedule around your trading hours.

What happens to guests who booked before we switched on?

Nothing breaks. Bands can be assigned to any active ROLLER booking, and you can run paper and bands side by side while staff get comfortable.

What does it cost?

There is no separate charge for the ROLLER integration. POS and ticketing integration is part of every tier. Typical installations run about $32,425 one-time plus $378 per month for Basic Timing, about $92,825 plus $860 per month for Intelliplay Standard, and about $124,325 plus $1,185 per month for Premium Gamification, before taxes, shipping and installation.

Is Intelliplay an official ROLLER partner?

Yes. Intelliplay is listed in the ROLLER partner directory and received the ROLLER Top Innovation Partner Impact Award in 2025.
